About Us

occASIANwear is an independent London- based slow-fashion brand founded in 2021 by Furnisha Lycett.

Born from a love of sewing and fashion, occASIANwear is a brand that is inspired by Indian and Western cultures. All of our pieces uniquely represent a fusion of these two incredible cultures.

Each garment has been designed from scratch and all products are carefully handmade to order for our customers. This process involves designing, pattern making, fabric sourcing, fabric cutting, sewing, pressing and packaging. Each item goes through this cycle and the making of our garments takes approximately 4-6 hours for each piece.
